Easy Strawberry Yogurt Bark
Strawberry Greek yogurt bark is a nutritious treat that's incredibly easy to make! If you’re craving a sweet treat but want to stay on your health journey, this checks both boxes! As always the ingredients can be adjusted to your preference. If you want more or less berries, chocolate, etc go for it!
Ingredients:
2 cups Vanilla Greek yogurt of your choice (I like Oikos triple zero vanilla)
About 1 pound of strawberries
1/2 cup Melted dark or semi sweet chocolate chips.
Pistachios, almonds, coconut, etc sprinkled on top. I love Trader Joe’s grain free granola.
Spread Greek yogurt on a parchment-lined tray, top it with fresh strawberries, drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle on your other toppings and freeze until firm. Break into chunks and place in a container in the freezer.
Let it sit on the counter for a few minutes before eating.
