Pablano Pepper recipe round up!

One of my favorite things about offering the baskets vs a la carte is introducing you to new vegetables! Poblano peppers became a fast favorite of ours after we grew them in our garden a few years ago. The slightest bit of heat and full of flavor, I like using them in place of anything that calls for a bell pepper. Chili, fajitas, stuffed peppers, salsa, kebabs, pizza, quiche…it’s endless!

Here’s a few recipes our customers have shared and others I’ve used.

Who doesn’t love a slow cooker recipe? Sarah shared this healthy and convenient recipe!

Stuffed poblanos are comfort food at it’s finest. Angelia shared this carb-conscience twist on a classic.

Stuffed poblanos

Nothing beats a steaming bowl of chowder. This is a great recipe that uses corn and potatoes:

This is my absolute favorite. I follow the recipe but add roasted poblano peppers during step one.

Remember, there’s no rules in the kitchen! Have fun!
