Weekly Newsletter 10/24

This week’s delivery, 10/22-23

Hello! I hope you all are enjoying this beautiful weather we're having, aka "second summer". It's almost messing with my soup schedule...almost.

It's a good time to try fall salads!  I love roasting squash and adding to a bed of greens. Add an apple or pear, some toasted walnuts, baked chicken, sharp cheddar and drizzle with homemade apple cider vinaigrette.

Apple Cider vinaigrette:

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 tsp dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Actually- all ingredients to taste. Live your life without rules!

Mix well and store leftovers in the fridge.
