Weekly updates 8/24
Good Thursday morning! I hope you all are enjoying your produce and are staying safe in this crazy heat. Thanks for a great delivery week.
We will have a grab bag for pick up only today. Pick up is at 4, 5 or 6 PM only.
$10 Grab bag some but not all: Poblano peppers, plums, tomatoes, corn, red potatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, onions, honeycrisp apples, spaghetti cabbage, delicata squash, peaches, green beans and bananas.
Quantities are limited-when the order form is closed that means we're SOLD OUT.

If you're using your poblano peppers this week and the recipe calls for you to blister and peel them first, try it in the air fryer. Cut in half, remove the seeds and brush or spray with a little olive oil. Air fry at 400 for 5-8 minutes, or until they're blistered and charred. Use tongs and place them on a plate to cool OR you can put them in a gallon ziplock baggie, seal and let steam for another 10 minutes as they cool. The skins will slip right off!

Fall Festival
We will have our Fall farm stand (apples, hard squashes, corn, etc) , jams and jellies, fruit butters, salts, handmade items, gourds, pie pumpkins, etc. There will be other vendors there as well selling handmade and homemade goods.
October 20 7-10 PM
October 21 3- 10 PM
Mabry Middle School

Haunted House and Pumpkin patch.
We'll have the whole thing-pumpkin patch, Full farm stand, handmade items, jams, jellies, lots of apples, etc.
We're also donating a 75+ pound pumpkin to Mabry Middle School's foundation. There will be an opportunity to win the pumpkin that weekend too! Don't worry, we'll deliver and remove it when it's done.
