Menu week of March 10

The chaos kitchen is back! I’ll be using a combination of the basket that was delivered March 5 and 6th as well as some of the items that will be delivered March 12 and 13th. Take some, leave some! We’re vegetarian, feel free to substitute meat as you like.

Weekly produce delivered March 5 & 6 to Woodstock, Roswell and East Cobb.

Sunday: Veggie roast, baked sweet potatoes, garlic and fresh oregano green beans, freshly baked sourdough.

Monday: Pasta topped with veggie chicken, yellow tomatoes, spinach, zucchini and a touch of heavy cream. Salad and garlic bread on the side. Strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Tuesday: Greek inspired quiche with thinly sliced zucchini, riced cauliflower, onions, Kalamata olives, feta and pepperoncini.

Wednesday: Airfrier chicken, roasted and smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted carrots with orange and honey.

Thursday: Stuffed poblano peppers topped with avocado and cilantro.

Friday: You’re on your own!

Saturday: Either white chicken poblano pepper chili and cornbread or vegetable soup.
